PM won't be ineligible under Constitution, Amin

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader and Federal Minister Makhdoom Amin Faheem trading Monday said that the prime minister would not be disqualified by the Constitution, Geo news.




Talking to media outside the Supreme Court shortly before the hearing of the NRO implementation case, said that under Articles 12 and 13 of the constitution of punishment could not be given twice.

اسلام آباد…پيپلز پارٹي کے رہنما مخدوم امين فہيم نے کہا ہے کہ آئين کے تحت وزير اعظم نا اہل نہيں ہوں گے.وزيراعظم کي اين آراو عمل درآمد کيس ميں آمد سے قبل وہ سپريم کورٹ کے باہر صحافيوں سے گفتگو کر رہے تھے.ان کا کہنا تھا کہ آئين کے آرٹيکل 12اور 13کے مطابق کسي کو دو مرتبہ سزا نہيں دي جاسکتي. ہم عدليہ کا احترام کرتے ہيں،آئين کا احترام سب پاکستانيوں پر واجب ہے.
