PM will appear to Supreme Court on September 18

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting Kamar Zaman Kaira said that the Constitution is supreme and Parliament is an institution of constitutional norms.




He said the prime minister would appear in court Sept. 18 and receive all the legal issues a ruling.
Addressing a workshop in Islamabad, Information Minister said that the Supreme Court was supreme in that as Parliament was supreme among institutions but as the legislation concerned the Constitution is paramount.
He said: "It was clear as he formulates Parliament constitutions, so naturally these decisions should be accepted."

اسلام آباد…وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات ونشریات قمرزمان کائرہ نے کہاہے کہ آئین سپریم ہے اور پارلے منٹ آئین ساز ادارہ ہے، اس لیے بات بھی اس کی مانی جانی چاہیے،وزیراعظم 18ستمبر کوسپریم کورٹ میں پیش ہوں گے اورعدالت جو کہے گی اس کاحکم مانیں گے۔اسلام آبادمیں ایک ورکشاپ سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وفاقی وزیراطلاعات نے کہاکہ عدلیہ میں سپریم کورٹ جبکہ اداروں میں پارلیمنٹ سپریم ہے ، قوانین کے حوالے سے سپریم آئین ہے۔ اُن کا کہناتھاکہ آئین سازی پارلیمنٹ کرتی ہے، بات تواسی کی ماننی چاہیے،اس کے علاوہ عدالتی حکم بھی ماننا چاہیے اور وزیراعظم اسی حکم پر 18 ستمبر کو پھر عدالت میں پیش ہوں گیاورعدالت جو حکم بھی دے گی وہ مانیں گے۔ قمرزمان کائرہ نے کہاکہ الیکشن چرانے کا کوئی ارادہ نہیں، عوام جسے چاہیں گے منتخب کریں گے،آزاد میڈیا اور عدلیہ موجود ہیں، الیکشن شفاف ہوں گے۔
