PM dismissed the Balochistan government

(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari has signed the summary imposition of the Governor in Balochistan after the Governor Zulfiqar Ali Magsi have become cheif executive of the province, Geo news.




The notification in this regard is expected to be published shortly.
Earlier, Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf announced that the invocation of Article 234 of the Constitution, the State Governor in Balochistan has for months TTWO tax effective from Monday.
Talking to Hazara protesters sitting, PM Ashraf expressed hope that as an executive of the province, Governor Zulfiqar Ali Magsi would take all necessary measures to keep those behind the attacks Quetta responsible.
He said the FC has been given all the powers of the police in the province.
The prime minister asked the protesters to inform FC Balochistan Governor and Commander of their problems, adding that action would be taken immediately.
He assured the protesters that the federal government will fully cooperate with the governor.
False FIR registered against Shia people would also be withdrawn, said the premier.
Answering a question about the deployment of the army in the province, Ashraf said the army could be called at any time to get help in the civil administration.

اسلام آباد.... صدر زرداری نے بلوچستان میں گورنر راج کے نفاذ کی سمری پر دستخط کردیے ہیں۔ گورنر ذوالفقار مگسی اب صوبے کے چیف ایگزیکٹو بن گئے ہیں۔ اس سمری کے بعد امکان ہے کہ جلد نوٹیفکیشن بھی جاری کردیا جائے گا۔وزیراعظم کی جانب سے صدر زرداری کو سمری بھیجی گئی تھی۔ اب بلوچستان میں گورنر راج قائم ہوگیا ہے۔کوئٹہ میں 100زائد ہزارہ اہل تشیع کے قتل عام پروزیراعظم نے بلوچستان حکومت برطرف کرکے گورنرراج نافذکرنے کااعلان کردیاہے۔وزیراعظم نے یہ اعلان علمدارروڈ پر امام بارگاہ میں تعزیت کے موقع پرکیا۔کوئٹہ میں بم دھماکوں سے 100سے زائدافرادکی موت پرصوبائی حکومت ختم کرناپڑگئی۔وزیراعظم نے امام بارگاہ پنجابی جاکرلواحقین سے اظہارتعزیت کیااورنواب اسلم رئیسانی کی نااہلی تسلیم کرتے ہوئے صوب ےمیں فوری طورپر گورنرراج نافذکرنے کااعلان کیا۔بعد ازاں صدر آصف زرداری نے بلوچستان میں گورنر راج کے سمری پر دستخط کر دیے ہیں اوراب بلوچستان میں گورنر راج عملی طور پرنافذہوگیاہے۔ گورنر بلوچستان صوبے کے چیف ایگزیکٹو ہیں۔اس پیشرفت کا یکجہتی کونسل نے خیرمقدم کرتے ہوئے کہاہے کہ وفاقی حکومت نے بلوچستان کے شہریوں کی چوروں سے جان چھڑادی۔
