PCB's new constitution

(eNews.pk) - Pakistan Cricket Board's new constitution. According to the sources the Legal Governing Board chairman chosen power source has been built and it will also be removed through a no-confidence motion. Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination Committee in consultation with officials of PCB board consists of 27 pages, a new constitution under which the Chief Minister will board pattern. The 10-member Governing Board shall elect a chairman. Whereas the Chairman may be removed by the Governing Board.

ایکسپریس نیوزکے مطابق پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ کے نئے آئین میں گورننگ بورڈ کو طاقت کا منبع بنایا گیا ہے جو چیئرمین کو منتخب اور اسے تحریک عدم اعتماد کے ذریعے ہٹا بھی سکے گا۔ وزارت بین الصوبائی رابطہ کمیٹی نے پی سی بی حکام کی مشاورت سے بورڈ کا 27 صفحات پر مشتمل نیا آئین تشکیل دیا ہے جس کے تحت وزیراعظم بورڈ کے پیٹرن انچیف ہوں گے۔ چیئرمین کا انتخاب 10 رکنی گورننگ بورڈ کرے گا جو 4 ریجنز اور 4 محکموں کے نمائندوں کے ساتھ وزیر اعظم کے نامزد کردہ 2 نمائندوں پر مشتمل ہو گا۔ گورننگ بورڈ کا ہر رکن چیئرمین بن سکتا ہے جبکہ چیئرمین کو تحریک عدم اعتماد کے ذریعے ہٹایا بھی جاسکے گا۔
