Pak Army control Islamabad Security for 3 months

(eNews.pk) - The federal government has responsibility for the security of Islamabad's military to hand over the next 3 months to be approved. According to Article 245 of the Constitution, the federal government will enforce the security of Islamabad for 3 months to be delivered to the Army approved. In this regard, the Federal Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said that the potential security concerns, the government has resorted to Article 245 of the Constitution and the country's internal and external security for the Pakistani military, civil government can call for help while the move may not be challenged in any court of the country.








حکومت نے اسلام آباد کی سیکیورٹی 3 ماہ کیلئے فوج کے حوالے کرنے کی منظوری دی


وفاقی حکومت نے اسلام آباد کی سیکیورٹی کی ذمہ داری آئندہ 3 ماہ کے لئے فوج کے حوالے کرنے کی منظوری دے دی۔ ایکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق وفاقی حکومت نے آئین کا آرٹیکل 245 نافذ کرتے ہوئے اسلام آباد کی سیکیورٹی یکم اگست سے 3 ماہ کے لئے فوج کے حوالے کرنے کی منظوری دی ہے۔ اس حوالے سے وفاقی وزیر داخلہ چوہدری نثارعلی خان کا کہنا ہے کہ ممکنہ سیکیورٹی خدشات کے پیش نظر حکومت نے آئین کے آرٹیکل 245 کا سہارا لیا ہے اور حکومت ملک کی اندرونی و بیرونی سیکیورٹی کے لئے پاک فوج کو سول حکومت کی مدد کے لئے بلا سکتی ہے جبکہ حکومت کے اس اقدام کو ملک کی کسی بھی عدالت میں چیلنج نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔
