Old man win Push-Up Competition

(eNews.pk) - In Moscow there is Push-Up Competition between the young and the old man. In this Push-Up Competition the old soldier defeat the young man. Old man's bones usually are answered and mobility, but it also becomes difficult when the couple appear healthy at this age but in Moscow the old solider ultimately won the competition.

بڑھاپے میں عام طور پر انسان کی ہڈیاں جواب دے جاتی ہیں اور چلنے پھرنے میں بھی مشکلات پیدا ہوجاتی ہیں لیکن یہ بڑے میاں تو اس عمر میں بھی تندرست دکھائی دیتے ہیں۔روس میں ہونے والے پْش اپ مقابلے میں بوڑھے سپاہی نے اپنی مضبوط جسمانی صلاحیتوں کا ثبوت دیتے ہوئے نوجوانوں کو بھی مات دے دی۔مقابلے میں شریک تمام نوجوان کچھ دیر بعد ہی اپنی ہار تسلیم کرتے ہوئے اٹھ کھڑے ہوئے جبکہ بوڑھے سپاہی نے اپنی ورزش جاری رکھی اور بالآخر مقابلہ جیت لیا۔
