NRO Case: Government has drafted a new letter

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) resumed hearing of National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) implementation case and again objected on the content of the Swiss letter design, Geo news reported.




A five-member bench of the apex court Justice Asif Saeed Khosa existing, Justice Aijaz Afzal Khan, Justice Aijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Athar Saeed resume the procedure.
The messages have been issued to the Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf for defying the court decisions in the NRO implementation case.

اسلام آباد… این آر او عملدرآمد کیس کی سپریم کورٹ میں سماعت میں حکومت کی جانب سے سوئز حکام کو لکھے جانے والے خط کا نیا مسودہ عدالت میں پیش کر دیا گیا ہے۔ آج جسٹس آصف کھوسہ کی سربراہی میں 5 رکنی بینچ نے سماعت کی جس میں وزیر قانون فاروق نائیک نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ عدالتی آبزرویشن اور پیرا 178 کے مطابق خط کا نیا ڈرافٹ جمع کرادیا گیا ہے، سپریم کورٹ کو پھر بھی کچھ اعتراض ہے تو جائزہ لیکر بتائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت کی یہی سوچ ہے کہ ملک کے بہتری کیلئے ادارے کام کرتے رہیں اور نظام چلتا رہے۔ اس کے بعد عدالتی بینچ کے ججز نے نئے خط کے مسودے کا جائزہ لیا اور مسودے پر غور کیلئے سماعت میں وقفہ کر دیا گیا، جس کے بعد ججز اٹھ کر اپنے چیمبر میں چلے گئے۔
