Musharraf's freeze account case decision postponed

(eNews.pk) - RAWALPINDI: The trial court here Saturday after the completion of the hearing is reserved judgment on the application for de-freezing of accounts of former President General Musharraf (r) Pervez, whose accounts were frozen before the former first Minister Benazir Bhutto murder case.




Wife Begum Sehba Musharraf Pervez Musharraf had filed the petition in court terrorism here to de-freeze the accounts, which included 7 Misharraf Pervez personal accounts and others 4.
FIA arguing against the restoration of the accounts, Sehba Musharraf said he had his own source of income and the balance of the joint account also belongs to Musharraf. Pervez Musharraf is a proclaimed offender and if not come here to surrender, the request for restoration of accounts can not be entertained, the FIA said.
Council Sehba Musharraf concluded his argument says that any joint account without proper investigation can not be frozen.
Later, the court declared the end of the hearing on the petition, but reserved judgment. The court also approved the submission of the documents of some more by the petitioner's attorney. The trial is expected to be booked announced on October 3.








مشرف کے منجمد اکاوٴنٹس کی بحالی کی درخواست پر فیصلہ محفوظ


راولپنڈی… سابق وزیر اعظم بینظیر بھٹو کے قتل کیس میں راول پنڈی کی ٹرائل کورٹ نے سابق صدر جنرل ریٹائرڈ پرویزمشرف کے منجمد اکاوٴنٹس کی بحالی کے لئے دائر درخواست کی سماعت مکمل کرکے فیصلہ محفوظ کرلیا ہے۔ پرویز مشرف کی اہلیہ بیگم صہبا مشرف نے منجمد اکاوٴنٹس بحال کرنے کی درخواست ، راول پنڈی میں انسداد دہشت گردی کی عدالت میں دائر کی تھی، اس میں پرویز مشرف کے سات ذاتی اور چار دیگر منجمد بنک اکاوٴنٹس بحال کرنے کی استدعا کی گئی تھی، ایف آئی اے نے اکاوٴنٹس بحال کرنے کی مخالفت میں دلائل دیتے ہوئے کہاتھاکہ صہبامشرف کی اپنا ذریعہ آمدن نہیں، صہبا مشرف کے مشترکا اکاوٴنٹ والی رقم بھی پرویز مشرف کی ہے، پرویزمشرف اشتہاری ملزم ہیں، وہ جب تک یہاں آکر سرنڈر نہ کریں ، ان کے اکاوٴنٹس بحالی کی درخواست نہیں دی جاسکتی، صہبا مشرف کے وکیل نے حتمی دلائل میں کہاکہ کسی بھی مشترکا اکاوٴنٹ کو بغیر انکوائری ، منجمد نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔ بعد ازاں عدالت نے فریقین کے وکلاء کی بحث مکمل ہونے پر سماعت مکمل کرلینے کا آرڈر سنایا اور فیصلہ محفوظ کرلیا، عدالت نے درخواست گزار وکیل کی طرف سے مزید کچھ دستاویز بھی پیش کرنے کی درخواست منظور کرلی، توقع ہے کہ محفوظ کئے گئے فیصلہ کا اعلان تین اکتوبر کو ہوگا۔
