Musharraf Escape case hearing in IHC

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC), heard the case of escape Pervez Musharrad Tuesday, where the Deputy Attorney General informed the Court that the deputy superintendents of police (DSP) has been suspended, Geo news reported.




During the hearing, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqi noted that the secretary of the interior has been ordered to take action against the inspector general and that the DSP should not be held responsible for the escape of Musharraf.
He continued by saying that the DSP is engaged in selling off his plots as well as is possible for him to fulfill his duty here?
Justice Shaukat Aziz asked that no one was present at the hearing to represent the secretary of the interior.

اسلام آباد…اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ میں سابق صدر پرویز مشرف فرار کیس کی سماعت کے دوران ڈپٹی اٹارنی جنرل نے عدالت کو آگاہ کیا ہے کہ ڈی ایس پی کو معطل کردیا گیا ،پرویز مشرف کی گرفتاری کی ذمے داری ڈی ایس پی کی تھی۔ سماعت کے دوران جسٹس شوکت عزیز صدیقی نے ریمارکس دیے کہ سیکریٹری داخلہ کو آئی جی کے بارے میں کارروائی کے لیے کہا تھا ،ڈی ایس پی پر ذمے داری عائد نہ کریں ،ڈی ایس پی اپنے پلاٹ بیچنے میں مصروف ہیں ، یہاں ڈیوٹی کیسے دیں ۔ جسٹس شوکت عزیز نے استفسار کیا کہ سیکریٹری داخلہ کی جانب سے کوئی پیش کیوں نہیں ہوا ۔
