MQM wants alliance: Will decide on 13 March: Qadri

(eNews.pk) - LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri said that the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is also ready to make an alliance with his party, but added that the final decision would be taken on March 13.




Speaking to the media before his departure for Canada, Dr. Tahirul Qadri said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has approved all requests for his party on which the government and the opposition are angry.
He added that the federal council of the party decide to take part in politics or not. The Board would also take decisions on electoral alliances.
Qadri said he is visiting Canada for medical examination and would return on March 11.

لاہور… تحریک منہاج القرآن کے سربراہ ڈاکٹر طاہرالقادری نے کہا ہے کہ ایم کیو ایم بھی الائنس کی خواہش مندہے، 13 مارچ کو حتمی فیصلہ کرینگے۔ طاہر القادری نے کینیڈا روانگی سے قبل لاہور ایئر پورٹ پر جیونیوزسے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ الیکشن کمیشن نے ہمارے مطالبات منظورکرلیے ہیں، ہمارے مطالبات کی منظور ی پر حکومت اور اپوزیشن دونوں خفاہیں۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ میڈیکل چیک اپ کیلئے کینیڈاجارہا ہوں، 11مارچ کوواپسی ہوگی، فیڈرل کونسل کے اجلاس میں عام انتخابات میں حصہ لینے یانہ لینے کافیصلہ کرینگے اور اجلاس میں یہ بھی فیصلہ کرینگے کہ کس کیساتھ انتخابی اتحادکرناہے۔ طاہرالقادری کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ قوم کی طرح مجھے بھی آیندہ عام انتخابات ہوتے نظرنہیں آرہے۔
