MQM has always honor of judiciary: Sattar

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Deputy Coordinator of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Farooq Sattar, said Monday that it is possible that the party chief Altaf Hussain to come to Pakistan due to some unavoidable conditions, Geo news.




While talking to the media along with other members outside the Supreme Court building before the hearing, Sattar said the party members have gone to court to represent her as MQM leader has always respected the courts.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan is set to conduct the hearing in a contempt notice issued today Altaf Hussain.
The high court had ordered Altaf Hussain through a notice to appear on January 7 to justify their statements against the court during a public meeting.
On the other hand, the MQM legal team, headed by Barrister Nasim Farogh and composed Advocate Khalid Qazi and others moved a petition before the Supreme Court for permission to Dr. Farooq Sattar MQM leader or a lawyer to represent Altaf Hussain court.
The petition also sought exemption from personal appearance of the MQM chief of today's hearing.

اسلام آباد … ایم کیو ایم کے ڈپٹی کنوینر فاروق ستار نے کہا ہے کہ ہم الطاف حسین کے نمایندوں کے طور پر عدالت آئے ہیں۔ایم کیو ایم نے ہمیشہ عدلیہ کے احترام کو مقدم رکھاہے ۔سپریم کورٹ کے باہر میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے فاروق ستار نے کہا کہ قائدایم کیو ایم الطاف حسین کیلیے ناگزیر وجوہات کی بنا پر آنا ممکن نہیں ۔قانونی ماہرین نے استدعا کی ہوئی کہ الطاف حسین کو حاضری سے استثنا دیا جائے ،ہمیں یقین ہے کہ سارا معاملہ خوش اسلوبی کے ساتھ طے ہوجائے گا ،اس موقع پر ایم کیو ایم کے رہنما رضا ہارون نے کہا کہ ہم عدالت اور چیف جسٹس پاکستان کے احترام میں یہاں موجود ہیں ،ڈرون دھماکوں کی اطلاع نہیں ہواکرتی۔ ایم کیو ایم کے وکیل فروغ نسیم نے کہا کہ قوم ابھی تک بینظیر بھٹو کا سانحہ نہیں بھولی ،چند روز قبل بشیر بلور کوبھی دہشت گردی کا نشانہ بنایا گیا ملک میں سیکیورٹی حالات ٹھیک نہیں ہیں ،ہم کسی بھی اختلافی بحث میں نہیں پڑیں گے ۔
