Lawyers fee details presented in NA

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly (NA) session under the leadership of President Dr. Fehmida Mirza is taking place here Friday, Geo news.




During the session, the details of the fees paid to government lawyers to high-level processing of important cases in the Supreme Court was filed in the House.
According to details, Babar Awan was paid Rs24.2 billion, Hafeez Pirzada and Waseem Sajjad Rs7.6 million Rs5.9 billion in government cases.

اسلام آباد… قومي اسمبلي کا اجلاس اسپيکر فہميدہ مرزا کي زير صدارت جاري ہے جس کے دوران موجودہ حکومت کي طرف سے سينئر وکلاء کو سپريم کورٹ ميں اہم نوعيت کے سرکاري مقدمات کي پيروي کيلئے ادا کي گئي فيس کي تفصيلات ايوان ميں پيش کي گئيں. تفصيلات کے مطابق بابراعوان کو 2 کروڑ 42 لاکھ روپے، حفيظ پيرزادہ کو 76 لاکھ روپے، وسيم سجاد کو 59 لاکھ دئے گئے . اس کے علاوہ وزارت قانون نے ايوان کو تحريري طور پر بتايا کہ کالعدم اين آر او سے 273 افراد نے فائدہ اٹھايا،پنجاب ميں 190، سندھ ميں 63، بلوچستان ميں 12 اور خيبرپختونخوا ميں 8 افراد کو فائدہ ہوا، اين آر او کے عدالتي حکم کالعدم ہونے سے تحقيقات دوبارہ شروع کي گئيں.
