(eNews.pk) - LONDON: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has reiterated his claim that he doesn't have British nationality.




Addressing the ceremony of UK Pakistan Chamber of Commerce here, he said that although he is not a British national but he would take all possible steps for oversees Pakistanis, adding that special cell would be constituted for them.
He said that security and investment are inter-linked and enemies of Pakistan are providing weapons to Taliban.
Earlier, Rehman Malik met her British counterpart Theresa May to discuss mutual interest issues including elimination of terrorism, human trafficking, eradication of narcotics, visa issues of Overseas Pakistanis, border management, improving the performance o Pakistani police and imparting training.

لندن ... وفاقي وزيرداخلہ رحمان ملک نے ايک بار پھر کہاہے کہ ان کے پاس برطانوي شہريت نہيں ہے.وہ يوکے پاکستان چيمبرآف کامرس کي تقريب سے لندن ميں خطاب کررہے تھے.رحمان ملک کاکہناتھاکہ اگرچے ان کے پاس برطانوي شہريت نہيں ہے مگر وہ بيرون ملک مقيم پاکستانيوں کے ليے ہرممکن اقدام کريں گے اور اوورسيزپاکستانيوں کے ليے خصوصي سيل قائم کياجائيگا.ملک کي صورتحال پر بات کرتے ہوئے وزير داخلہ نے کہاکہ سيکيورٹي اور سرمايہ کاري کاآپس ميں تعلق ہے اور طالبان کو پاکستان کے دشمن اسلحہ فراہم کرتے ہيں.اس سے پہلے انہوں نے برطانيہ کي وزيرداخلہ تھريسامے سے بھي ملاقات کي.تاہم برطانيہ کي وزارت داخلہ نے رحمان ملک کي برطانوي شہريت سے متعلق بيان دينے سے انکارکردياہے اورکہاہے کہ محکمہ داخلہ کسي فرد کے کيس پرتبصرہ نہيں ديتا.
