ISLAMABAD: Former Pakistani ambassador to the United States, Husain Haqqani, on Monday asked the Supreme Court to annul the Commission's report notes, saying that the process adopted by the Commission had made a mockery of fundamental rights , which ensures the protection of the reputation of the person.
Also happy with her five-page response filed through his lawyer, Asma Jehangir was not given the same opportunity to defend himself before the law, due process and that the Commission exceeded its jurisdiction because it was assigned to investigate the authenticity of the note, but had put him on trial.
The Commission notes, consisting of the judicial body on June 11, states that the memorandum was written by Admiral Mike Mullen Haqqani. In response, Husain Haqqani said he had no role in the creation and approval of the note sent by Mansoor Ijaz dispute through General James Jones Admiral Mike Mullen. "No evidence has been provided by or registered with the Commission to establish my role in editing or authorizing the note, which also poses a tangible threat to the national security of Pakistan said at the time of the creation of the Commission for investigate its origin, authenticity and purpose, "said Haqqani.

اسلام آباد… امريکا ميں پاکستان کے سابق سفير حسين حقاني نے سپريم کورٹ سے درخواست ميں ميمو کميشن کي رپورٹ کو جانبدار قرار دے کر اسے مسترد کرنے کي درخواست کي ہے. حسين حقاني نے وکيل رہ نما عاصمہ جہانگير کے ذريعے يہ درخواست سپريم کورٹ ميں جمع کرائي.درخواست ميں حسين حقاني نے ميمو کميشن کي کارروائي پر سوال اٹھا ئے گئے ہيں.اس ميں حسين حقاني نے کہا کہ متنازع ميمو کميشن سے ان کا کوئي تعلق نہيں،ميمو کميشن خصوصي مقاصد کے ليے بنايا گيا،کميشن کي جانب سے پيش کيے گئے شواہد ميں نقائص ہيں ،حسين حقاني نے دعوي? کيا کہ ميمو کميشن کي رپورٹ سياسي بنياد پر تيار کي گئي،اس ميں کہا گيا کہ سپريم کورٹ صرف انکوائري کے ليے شواہد ريکارڈ کرسکتي ہے،ان کے خلاف اب تک کوئي رسمي الزام بھي نہيں لگايا گيا،سپريم کورٹ کے تحت قائم ميمو کميشن نے مينڈيٹ سے تجاوز کيا اور ناکافي شواہد پر قصور وار ٹھہرايا.
