Govt insulted nation by opening GLOCs

(eNews.pk) - PESHAWAR: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman said on Sunday that the government humiliated the Parliament and the nation through the reopening of the basic lines of communication (GLOCs) to supply through Pakistan to the NATO troops in Afghanistan.




Addressing the Committee of his party's Central Executive (CEC) here, said Fazl to reopen supply routes for NATO undoubtedly made ​​the U.S. and its allies happy, but put the entire nation of Pakistan through the anguish.
The CEC discussed the political situation, a situation arising from the restoration of NATO supply, dual nationality of the legislators, the general elections and the alliance with other religious parties.
