Forklift collides with PIA plane

(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: A forklift hit a Pakistan International Airline (PIA) plane at Milan airport after the plane has been grounded, PIA spokesman said.

The spokesman said the forklift hit the flight PK-749 during the movement of cargo at the airport in Milan.

169 passengers of the flight was due to land in Paris. Passengers were transferred to the hotel, he said.

کراچي…پي آئي اے کي اسلام آباد ، ميلان پيرس جانيوالي پرواز کو ميلان ائرپورٹ پر حادثہ طيارہ فورک لفٹر سے ٹکرا گئي،طيارے کو گراونڈ کرديا گيا.پي آئي اے کے ترجمان کے مطابق متاثرہ طيارپرواز پي کے749 پر اسلام آباد ميلان پيريس کے پرواز پر تھا،بدقسمتي سے کارگو کي منتقلي کے دوران فورک لفٹر طيارے سے ٹکراگئي، ترجمان نے مزيد بتايا کہ پيرس جانيوالے 169مسافروں کو ہوٹل منتقل کرديا گيا ہے ،جبکہ مسافروں کوپيريس پہنچانے کے ليئيمتبادل انتظام کيا جارہا ہے.
