Dubai: 3rd T20 Pakistan, Australia played today

(eNews.pk) - Dubai: Pakistan and Australia will face each other in the third and final Twenty20 Match at Dubai Cricket Stadium today (Monday).




National team coach DAV Whatmore said he was happy with the development team in the shortest format of the game leading the World Twenty20 this month, saying the team responding well.
Pakistan got off a spectacular super over win against Australia in the second Twenty20 here on Friday, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
Whatmore said it was good to have the wins on the board.
"I am very glad," Whatmore told reporters.
"We can not do any more than to win two of two, it was an exciting finish but it was good experience too in leading to the Twenty20 World."
The 58-year-old former Australian batsman said his team responded well
After losing the next one-day series 2-1.

دبئی … پاکستان اور آسٹریلیا کے درمیان تیسرا اور سیریز کا آخری ٹی 20 میچ آج دبئی میں کھیلا جائے گا، آل راوٴنڈر شاہد آفریدی کی اس میچ میں بھی شرکت مشکوک ہے۔ آسٹریلیا کے خلاف تیسرے اور آخری ٹی 20 میچ میں پاکستانی ٹیم آج ایک بار پھر ایکشن میں نظر آئے گی۔ تیسرے میچ کیلئے ٹیم مینجمنٹ موقع کے منتظر کھلاڑیوں کو آزما سکتی ہے جن میں اسد شفیق، محمد سمیع اور یاسر عرفات کے ساتھ دیگر کھلاڑی شامل ہیں۔ پاکستان کے کپتا ن محمد حفیظ نے بھی ٹیم میں تبدیلوں کا عندیہ دیا ہے۔ محمد حفیظ نے ایک بیان میں کہا ہے کہ آل راوٴنڈر شاہد آفریدی مکمل فٹ نہیں لہٰذا تیسرے میچ میں شرکت نہیں کرسکیں گے، البتہ سعید اجمل کندھے کی انجری سے نجات کے بعد قومی ٹیم کو دستیاب ہوں گے۔ یاد رہے کہ پاکستان کو 3 میچ کی سیریز میں 2-0 کی فیصلہ کن برتری حاصل ہے، پاکستان ٹیم تیسرے میچ میں فتح حاصل کر کے آسٹریلیا کے خلاف وائٹ واش کر سکتی ہے۔
