Cylinder blast kills 1 in Barma Town, Islamabad

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: A girl was killed and five other children were injured in a gas cylinder explosion in a house in Barma `Town 'located on the outskirts of the federal capital.




According to initial reports, police sources said it appeared to be an explosion of gas cylinder and the roof of the house was smashed
However, further investigations are in progress taking into account various aspects.
He said that around 11-year old girl identified as Raju d/o Afzal died in this incident while five other children were injured. The wounded children were admitted in PIMS hospital and have been identified as Faizan (7), Shazia (13), Faisal (6) Rukia (2) and Ambreen (3).
