(eNews.pk) - America dominated front of the computer and more time in the offices or individuals often complain of pain in the eyes, but there is a very simple solution. According to a study on the use of computers in the eyes every 20 minutes, 20 seconds at a distance of 20 feet from the screen removed to focus on what can be saved from the trouble to see the eyes from the screen tireless. .دفاتر میں یا گھروںمیں کمپیوٹر کے سامنے زیادہ وقت صرف کرنے والے افراد میں اکثر آنکھوں میں درد کی شکایت پائی جاتی ہے لیکن اس کا حل انتہائی آسان ہے۔جی ہاں امریکا میں ہونے والی ایک تحقیق کے مطابق کمپیوٹر کے استعمال کے دوران ہر 20 منٹ میں 20 سیکنڈ تک آنکھیں اسکرین سے ہٹا کر 20 فٹ کے فاصلے پر موجود چیز پر مرکوز کرنے سے اس تکلیف سے بچا جاسکتا ہے۔کمپیوٹر اسکرین کی جانب مسلسل دیکھتے رہنے سے آنکھیں تھک جاتی ہیں اور سر اور گردن میں درد ہوجاتا ہے جبکہ دیگر مختلف مسائل کے باعث ڈاکٹرز سے رابطہ کرنا پڑسکتا ہے۔ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ ہر 20 منٹ کے بعد کمپیوٹر صارف کو 20 سیکنڈ کا وقفہ لے کر اپنے سے کچھ دور موجود چیزوں کو دیکھنا چاہئے۔
