Concerned over Pakistan's internal security: Singh

(eNews.pk) - NEW DELHI: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday said India had to give its military a needed boost given the internal security threats facing Pakistan, Geo news.




"India was doubly concerned about what was going on by Pakistan regarding the war on terror. We are paying close attention to it. The security situation on the other side of the gap is alarming," he said speaking at the Conference Governors of New Delhi.
He said India had always wanted to make a real peace with Pakistan, but violations of the cease-fire on the Line of Control (LOC), which were anathema to smooth things could not be tolerated no matter what happens .

نئی دلی… بھارتی وزیراعظم من موہن سنگھ نے کہاہے کہ پاکستان میں بڑھتی ہوئی کشیدگی اور عدم استحکام کو سمجھنے کی ضرورت ہے اور دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ پاکستان کو درپیش سیکورٹی چیلنجز کے سبب بھارت کو اپنی فوج مضبوط کرناہوگی۔ نئی دلی میں تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے بھارتی وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ ان کا ملک پاکستان کے ساتھ پْرامن تعلقات چاہتا ہے مگر لائن آف کنٹرول پر فائرنگ کے واقعات عالمی رویوں کے خلاف اور ناقابل قبول ہیں۔ من موہن سنگھ کاکہناتھاکہ پاکستان کو درپیش سیکورٹی چیلنجز کی وجہ سے بھارت کوتشویش ہے اور صورتحال کے سبب بھارت کو افواج اور پولیس کی صلاحیتوں کو مسلسل مضبوط کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
