Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan talking about Article 245

(eNews.pk) - Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that the implementation of Article 245 was enacted to deal with terrorism has no political and nor military purposes to be used for political victories. Article 245 in the National Assembly in Islamabad to discuss the implementation of its policy stating interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said he believed everyone in the House is a man of patriotism and democracy, everyone has the right to criticize the facts to distortions of the norm gives a Parliamentarian, since the law dozens of times till the time it is applied.

وفاقی وزیر داخلہ چوہدری نثار علی خان نے کہا ہے کہ آرٹیکل 245 کا نفاذ دہشت گردی سے نمٹنے کے لئے نافذ کی گئی ہے اس کے کوئی سیاسی مقاصد نہیں اور نہ ہی فوج کو سیاسی فتوحات کے لئے استعمال کیا جائے گا۔ قومی اسمبلی میں اسلام آباد میں آرٹیکل 245 کے نفاذ سے متعلق بحث پر اپنا پالیسی بیان دیتے ہوئے وزیر داخلہ کا کہنا تھا کہ انہیں یقین ہے کہ ایوان میں موجود ہر شخص محب وطن اور جمہوریت کا داعی ہے، تنقید سب کا حق ہے لیکن حقائق کو توڑ مروڑ کر پیش کرنا کسی پارلیمینٹیرین کو شیوہ نہیں دیتا، جب سے یہ قانون بنا ہے اس وقت سے آج تک درجنوں بار اس کا اطلاق ہوا ہے
