ATC rejects Mumbai attack comm.’s report

(eNews.pk) - RAWALPINDI: The anti-terrorism court (ATC) today rejected the report of the commission in the case of the Mumbai attacks, Geo news.




The ATC here I was hearing the petition against the judicial commission, presented by the defendant in the case.
The court rejected the report and described the indigenous movement to not allow the Commission access to witnesses in the case, and illegal.
The commission not only interrogate banned, but even given access to the four witnesses, the court further said.

راولپنڈي… انسداد دہشت گردي کي خصوصي عدالت نے ممبئي حملہ کيس کي تحقيقات کے لئے بھارت جانے والے کميشن کي کاروائي کو غير قانوني قرار دے ديا ہے. انسداد دہشت گردي کي خصوصي عدالت نے اپنے مختصر فيصلے ميں کہا ہے کہ بھارت جانے والے کميشن کو بھارتي گواہان پر جرح کي اجازت نہيں دي گئي، اس ليے کميشن کي کاروائي غير قانوني ہے. عدالت نے کہا ہے کہ دونوں ممالک کي رضا مندي سے کميشن کو دوبارہ بھارت بھيجا جاسکتا ہے جو بھارت جاکر چار بھارتي گواہان کے بيانات قلمبند اور ان پر جرح کرسکتا ہے. انسداد دہشت گردي کي خصوصي عدالت نے فيصلہ ممبئي حملہ کيس ميں پاکستان ميں گرفتار ملزمان کي جانب سے کميشن کے خلاف دي جانيوالي درخواست پر ديا ہے جس ميں موقف اختيار کيا گيا تھا کہ بھارت جانے والے کميشن کو گواہان پر جرح کي اجازت نہيں دي گئي اس لئے کميشن کي کاروائي کو غير موثر قرار ديا جائے.
