Ali Musa Gilani arrested at Supreme Court Gate

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza son of Ali Musa Gilani Gilani, who was on the way to the Supreme Court by the applicant prior arrest extracting ephedrine case, was arrested by the Drug War Force officials just outside the SC gate here on Friday, Geo news reported.




Earlier, following the footsteps of the Federal Minister Makhdoom Shahbuddin, I moved to SC Musa Gilani on Thursday to seek interim relief against the Lahore High Court (LHC) to ephedrine quota case.
I Musa powered Appeals judgment of the Supreme Court ruling which rejected him pre-arrest bail LHC case ephedrine on September 3. He is accused of pressurizing officials in the Ministry of Health in 2010 to allocate quota controlled chemical ephedrine two different pharmaceutical companies.
Recently, the SC granted prior arrest rescue in case the federal Minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin textile industry until September 25.








ایفیڈرین کیس، علی موسیٰ گیلانی سپریم کورٹ کے گیٹ سے گرفتار


اسلام آباد…سابق وزیرا عظم یوسف رضا گیلانی کے صاحبزادے اور رکن قومی اسمبلی علی موسیٰ گیلانی کو اے این ایف نے سپریم کورٹ کے گیٹ سے گرفتار کر لیا ہے۔ واضح رہے کہ علی موسیٰ گیلانی نے ایفیڈرین کیس میں ضمانت قبل از گرفتاری کے لئے سپریم کورٹ میں کل ہی درخواست دائر کی تھی۔ علی موسیٰ گیلانی کے وکیل خالد رانجھا نے اپنے موکل کی ضمانت کے لئے درخواست، سپریم کورٹ میں دائر کی، اس درخواست کے ساتھ ایفیڈرین کیس میں دو ملزموں کو وعدہ معاف گواہ بنائے جانے سے متعلق ٹرائل کورٹ کے فیصلے پر بھی اپیل کو شامل کیا گیا ہے۔ ایفیڈرین کیس میں ملوث وفاقی وزیر مخدوم شہاب الدین کی بھی سپریم کورٹ نے ایک دن قبل عبوری ضمانت کی درخواست منظور کی تھی۔درخواست ضمانت کی سماعت جسٹس ناصر الملک کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بینچ نے کرنا ہے، سماعت کیلئے علی موسیٰ گیلانی سپریم کورٹ پہنچے تو وہاں پہلے سے موجود اے این ایف کے اہلکاروں نے گرفتار کر لیا اور انہیں ریجنل ڈائرکٹوریٹ لے گئے ۔
