AG submits Balochistan investigation report

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Supreme Court (SC) resumed hearing of the law and order and Balochistan case of the missing on Wednesday, Geo news.




The three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, the cause is known.
During today's session Irfan Qadir Attorney General presented a report on law and order in Balochistan to the bank.
He said that following the court order, a high-powered committee was formed to research joint probe Balochistan issue. The committee, including members of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Military Intelligence (MI), is headed by Additional IG Police Zahid Mahmood.
The committee went to Quetta and investigated the matter from June 8-15, AG said Qadir.
In this regard, Justice Jawwad Khawaja doubt that Zahid Mahmood time was published in the province. The Attorney General informed the bank that Zahid Mahmood was never deployed in Baluchistan.

اسلام آباد… سپريم کورٹ ميں بلوچستان امن وامان کيس کي سماعت جاري ہے اور چيف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدري کي سربراہي ميں تين رکني بينچ کيس کي سماعت کر رہا ہے. سماعت کي ابتداء ميں اٹارني جنرل نے تحقيقاتي کميٹي سے متعلق رپورٹ عدالت ميں پيش کردي. اٹارني جنرل کا کہنا تھا کہ عدالتي ہدايات پربلوچستان سے متعلق اعلي ?اختياراتي مشترکہ کميٹي بنائي جس کے سربراہ ايڈيشنل آئي جي پوليس زاہدمحمود ہيں جبکہ آئي ايس آئي اور ايم آئي سميت ديگر اداروں کے حکام شامل ہيں، کميٹي نے کوئٹہ جا کر 8تا15جون تحقيقات کيں. جسٹس جواد خواجہ نے پوچھا کہ زاہد محمود بلوچستان ميں کتنا عرصہ تعينات رہے، اس پر ايڈووکيٹ جنرل بلوچستان نے عدالت کو بتايا کہ زاہد محمود بلوچستان ميں کبھي تعينات نہيں رہے. اس پر جسٹس جواد خواجہ نے ريمارکس ديئے کہ پھر تو يہ کميٹي اعلي اختياراتي نہيں ہے. اس موقع پر چيف جسٹس نے ريمارکس ديئے کہ زاہد محمود تو او ايس ڈي ہيں.
