According to sources in Islamabad, the federal government enacted Article 245 of the Pakistan Army has delegated powers under the Terrorism Act after which the Army will be able to assist the civil administration and the civil administration of terrorism and any situation Pak army may seek to address.

وفاقی دارالحکومت میں آرٹیکل 245 نافذ کرکے پاک فوج کو خصوصی اختیارات سونپ دیئے گئے ہیں۔ ایکسپریس نیوز کےمطابق وفاقی حکومت نے اسلام آباد میں آرٹیکل 245 نافذ کرکے پاک فوج کو دہشت گردی ایکٹ کے تحت خصوصی اختیارات سونپ دیئے ہیں جس کے بعد پاک فوج شہر میں سول انتظامیہ کی معاونت کرسکے گی اور سول انتظامیہ دہشت گردی کی کارروائی اور کسی بھی صورتحال سے نمٹنے کے لیے پاک فوج کو طلب کرسکتی ہے۔
