45 doctor's honorarium shut for ever

(eNews.pk) - LAHORE: The Punjab government involved in what appeared to be a second phase of punitive action against the protesting young doctors, enews reported Wednesday.




As part of the disciplinary measures that the government has stopped the 45 monthly stipends of postgraduate medical protesters, while the provincial health department has sent a letter to the University of Health Sciences to cancel cources of doctors.
In a statement, the department warned that doctors would strike now would be fired from their jobs.
Sources told enews that the lists have been compiled of physicians who will now face transfers.

لاہور … ہڑتال میں حصہ لینے والے پنجاب بھر کے ڈاکٹروں کے خلاف تادیبی کارروائی کا دوسرا مرحلہ شروع کردیا، 45 ہڑتالی پوسٹ گریجویٹ ڈاکٹرز کا ماہانہ اعزازیہ ہمیشہ کیلئے بند کردیا گیا، محکمہ صحت پنجاب نے ڈاکٹرز کے کورسز کی منسوخی کے لئے یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنس کو خط لکھ دیا۔ محکمہ صحت پنجاب کے نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق ہڑتال کرنے والے45 پوسٹ گریجویٹ ڈاکٹروں کا ماہانہ اعزازیہ ہمیشہ کے لئے بند کردیا گیا ہے جبکہ ایسے ڈاکٹرز کے کورسز کی منسوخی کیلئے بھی یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنس کو خط لکھ دیا گیا ہے۔محکمہ صحت پنجاب کے مطابق آئندہ ہڑتال کرنے والے ڈاکٹرز کو نوکری سے فارغ کردیا جائے گا ۔ ذرائع کے مطابق ہڑتالی ڈاکٹرز کی فہرست مرتب کرلی گئی ہے اور چند روز میں ایسے ڈاکٹروں کے تبادلے متوقع ہیں۔
